- Pre-Academy OJT à New Staff Orientation à Basic Corrections Training à 80-Hour OJT à Certified Correctional Officer
- Training phase: 8-hour shifts, Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Post-training: 12-hour shifts (6 a.m.–6 p.m. or 6 p.m.–6 a.m. depending on facility needs)
- Week 1: 3 days on / 4 days off
- Week 2: 4 days on / 3 days off
