About the Role
We’re looking for a Copywriter who can turn insight and strategy into imagery-filled story.
You’re part travel destination writer, part marketing strategist, and wholly a crafter of vivid, emotionally rich prose that follows a conversion-focused flow. You understand how words can stir emotion, build trust, and move people to action.
Your words will shape the digital presence of senior living communities across the country. You’ll write for people in deeply emotional seasons of life — adult children seeking care for their parents, and older adults exploring new chapters. You’ll help them feel seen, understood, and guided.
This role is ideal for someone who blends poetic craftsmanship with marketing acumen. Someone who can capture the soul of a brand while following a clear content strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Own all content writing and production, from research and strategy to final delivery.
- Write compelling, imagery-rich website copy that’s empathetic, on-brand, and aligned with strategic marketing goals.
- Conduct subject matter expert interviews and research to uncover each client’s unique offerings, philosophy, and approach.
- Maintain and develop marketing content outlines that provide clear direction, structure, and intent for each website page.
- Collaborate across teams, aligning with the Marketing Director for strategic direction and the Creative & Art Director for brand voice and design considerations.
- Write marketing copy for digital and traditional campaigns that connects emotionally and converts intentionally.
- Produce blog articles and storytelling pieces that deepen engagement and reinforce brand authority.
- Write content for email engagement and drip campaigns, guiding audiences with empathy and clarity.
- Edit and refine content with an ear for tone, rhythm, and readability, ensuring every word serves a purpose.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of professional writing experience in marketing, communications, or brand storytelling.
- A demonstrated ability to write with empathy, depth, and persuasion.
- Understanding of audience psychology and the emotional side of decision-making.
- Experience writing for the web, with awareness of SEO and conversion best practices.
