<p><strong>Copyright Data Administrator - Media Publishing - London - £29k-£35k (DoE)</strong></p>

<p>We have a great contract opportunity for a <strong>detail oriented Data Administrator </strong>to join a fantastic company in London as their <strong>Copyright Assistant.</strong></p>

<p>This is a <strong>copyright and data focused role</strong>, therefore any suitable candidates must have demonstrable experience in data administration (alpha and numerical data), impeccable attention to detail and accuracy and a focused nature. Good interpersonal and communication skills are also required as you will liaise with departments in the UK and USA and answer queries from internal stakeholders.</p>

<p><strong>Key responsibilities as the Copyright Data Administrator will include: </strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Accurately entering relevant copyright information onto the in-house databases</li>
<li>Assisting with research projects (utilising in-house systems, databases and internet)</li>
<li>Liaising with internal departments to ensure all information is correct</li>
<li>Proactively checking submissions to ensure accurate payment of royalties</li>
<li>Dealing with copyright queries from internal stakeholders</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What we’re looking for: </strong></p>

<li>Demonstrable experience in fast-paced data administration roles</li>
<li>Strong MS Excel skills (Advanced level)</li>
<li>Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Solid numeracy skills</li>
<li>Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels</li>
<li>Focused, motivated, organised and solution driven</li>
<li>Interest in copyright, publishing and/or music is advantageous</li>
<li>Happy to work in the London office 4 days/week (Mon-Thurs)</li>
