By preparing, validating and converting customer data from competitor systems, you ensure that practices begin their journey with us with complete, accurate and reliable information, a critical foundation for excellent patient care and long term product success.<br><br>You’ll use your growing product and domain knowledge to follow structured conversion workflows, maintain strong data quality, and escalate issues appropriately. Your work directly enhances customer trust, supports a smooth onboarding experience, and reinforces Henry Schein One’s mission to deliver reliable, high‑quality, customer‑first digital solutions.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Prepare, collect and validate customer data from a variety of competitor PMS platforms, following established processes and checklists to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Build trial and final conversions using defined workflows, ensuring datasets are complete, structured and compliant.</li><li>Accurately log defects, data issues or anomalies, providing clear detail for senior technicians or Conversion Developers to review.</li><li>Apply foundational understanding of dental workflows and data structures to avoid common errors and ensure high‑quality conversion outcomes.</li><li>Escalate unclear behaviours, data discrepancies, compliance concerns or tooling issues at the appropriate time.</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and occasionally customers, helping set expectations about what data will be included or excluded in the conversion.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and follow required data‑handling, GDPR and security processes throughout all stages of a conversion.</li><li>Track and record conversion outcomes, highlighting trends or recurring issues to support process and quality improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with senior technicians to continuously improve knowledge of competitor systems, product behaviour, and conversion tooling.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You'll Bring With You<br><br></strong><ul><li>1–2+ years’ experience working with data, customer operations, technical support or data‑focused workflows within a professional environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow structured processes and maintain high data accuracy.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, seniors and cross‑functional teams.</li><li>Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage workload and meet project timelines.</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data outcomes simply and professionally.</li><li>Comfortable working with common file formats (e.g., CSV) and confident navigating technical tools after training.</li><li>Curious, proactive and committed to continuous learning.</li><li>A customer‑first mindset — focused on delivering a smooth, reliable onboarding experience.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Diversity<br><br></strong>Diversity at Henry Schein One is all about you being you.
