The Role

We’re looking for a part-time Contracts Data & Migration Specialist to support active CMS implementation projects. This role will focus on migrating contracts and associated data between systems — specifically ContractSafe and Ironclad.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with leading CLM platforms and grow into broader contract data quality (QC) work across multiple client environments.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Migrate contracts and metadata into ContractSafe and Ironclad CMS platforms
  • Review executed agreements to extract and input key data points
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of contract records during migration
  • Perform data validation and quality checks against source documents
  • Organize and manage contract files and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with the TaktiKa team to resolve data inconsistencies or gaps
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Experience with contract data entry, abstraction, or migration
  • Familiarity with ContractSafe and/or Ironclad and ContractWorks/SecureDocs strongly preferred
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Strong critical thinking — able to interpret contract language and ask questions
  • Organized, reliable, and responsive communicator

  • Prior experience in legal ops, contract administration, or CLM tools

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
