Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, development, and execution of content campaigns across creators, publishers, and media partners.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations including brief management, partner outreach, production timelines, and asset delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
  • Monitor and identify emerging trends across Singapore’s content scene, including podcasts, creator collaborations, and publisher opportunities.
  • Assist in campaign reporting, performance tracking, and content optimisation to ensure impactful delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members and partners to develop creative ideas and content plans that align with strategic objectives.
  • Manage and ensure that payments are managed between all stakeholders (clients, partners, internal)

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:
    • A fresh graduate with strong internship experience in content, media, or marketing; or
    • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, content marketing, or media partnerships.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
    • Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read the room and adapt to different stakeholder dynamics.
    • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Culturally aware, with a good understanding of Singapore’s content ecosystem and an interest in regional or international trends.
    • A genuine passion for content creation, storytelling, and working with partners across diverse platforms.
