Job Summary:

As a Concierge at Lough Erne Resort, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk, assisting guests with inquiries, and providing personalised services that exceed their expectations. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and passion for customer service will contribute to the overall success of the resort.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, providing a personalised and memorable arrival experience and assist with luggage.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously, providing information about the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Offer recommendations for entertainment, and other activities, tailoring suggestions to suit individual preferences based on the local area.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests, including airport transfers and local transportation.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of resort amenities, events, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organised front desk area, ensuring supplies are well-stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and smooth guest transitions.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.

Contract Details:
