As a College Relations - Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist the Talent Acquisition team in executing strategies to engage with colleges and universities, promoting our employer brand, and organizing recruitment events. You will gain hands-on experience in college recruiting, event planning, and relationship management while contributing to our talent acquisition goals. Key Responsibilities: Support College Outreach: Assist in the development and implementation of outreach strategies to engage with college students and career services departments. Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate campus recruitment events, career fairs, information sessions, and workshops. Marketing and Communications: Contribute to the creation of promotional materials and communications for college recruiting events and initiatives. Database Management: Maintain and update the database of college contacts, event attendees, and other relevant information. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on college recruitment trends, student preferences, and competitor activities to support strategy development. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for the College Relations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking project progress. Engagement and Networking: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with college career centers, faculty, and student organizations. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in college recruiting, talent acquisition, and relationship management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in arenaflex Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
