About the Role:

As a Clinical Quality Registered Nurse at Hims & Hers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across our telehealth operations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Quality, this full-time role involves conducting quality reviews, supporting Care Coach audits, applying triage protocols, and fostering collaboration between corporate and clinical teams. You'll be instrumental in shaping clinical standards, reviewing protocols, and supporting the expansion of care delivery programs.

We are seeking an experienced RN with at least five years of clinical practice, including two or more years in patient triage. Candidates should have strong assessment and organizational skills, proficiency with EHR systems and remote communication tools, and a deep understanding of clinical protocols and healthcare compliance. Prior experience in areas like sexual health, obesity management, mental health, and urgent care is a plus, as is involvement in policy and procedure committees or emergency/trauma certifications.

You Will:

  • Conduct remote patient assessments—both physical and psychological—to evaluate urgency, prioritize care, and apply appropriate triage protocols using sound clinical judgment.

  • Apply established triage systems and SOPs to medical escalations, ensuring accurate documentation, routing, and compliance with care standards.

  • Perform quality audits of Care Coach interactions, provide actionable feedback, and support ongoing performance improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and cross-functional teams to support communication between corporate operations and You Health Medical Group.

  • Review and refine clinical protocols to improve care delivery and enhance the patient experience across telehealth programs.

  • Participate in special projects and pilot initiatives related to Care Coach program launches or expansions, offering insights and feedback.

  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

  • Uphold strict standards of patient confidentiality and privacy, demonstrating strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance.

  • Deliver care and support to patients across key therapeutic areas, including sexual health, hair loss, obesity and weight management.

  • Utilize excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills to navigate a fast-paced environment and coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams.

You Have:

  • Registered Nurse (RN), active, unencumbered license

  • Bachelor of Science, Nursing

  • At least 5+ years of relevant clinical experience/direct patient care

  • At least 2+ years of direct patient triage experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to accurately, concisely and effectively convey information

  • Proficiency in using telecommunication technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Commitment to patient advocacy, privacy, and confidentiality

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, triage systems and protocols and compliance standards (HIPAA, etc.).

  • Previous experience in healthcare policy and procedure committee

  • Direct patient care experience with emergency or trauma care of patients is required

  • Certification in Emergency or Trauma Nursing is a bonus
