Client Support Representative (Part Time)

About the position

The Client Support Specialist position is a part-time role based remotely in Canada or the US, within the Ticketmaster Clubs division. The role involves supporting Universe, a division of Ticketmaster, focusing on non-managed client accounts, fan support, and operations. The specialist will handle inbound emails from clients and ticket buyers, troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and propose process improvements. The position requires strong empathy and communication skills to advocate for event hosts and ticket buyers, ensuring their needs are met while collaborating with product and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with event hosts and ticket buyers to resolve issues and requests with strong empathy.
  • Advocate for event hosts and ticket buyers by ensuring their needs are met and communicate roadblocks to product and design teams.
  • Log issues and user feedback, working closely with developers to reproduce issues, problem-solve, and verify fixes.
  • Identify process optimization and improvements to customer success flows to enhance the support experience.
  • Monitor client chargeback activity and flag fraudulent trends, alerting respective teams.
  • Manage priority support hosts to resolve issues and product requests.
  • Fulfill Ticketmaster and TicketWeb marketing campaigns and submit equipment requests.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, customer service, or sales.
  • Strong understanding of technology and how to efficiently use it to assist clients.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including exceptional spelling and grammar.
  • Excellent social and interpersonal skills, being friendly and outgoing.
  • Experience using Zendesk, Stripe, Sift, and Hyperwallet is a plus.
