Church Support Specialist | Remote

Overview: Lifeway's Inside Church Sales & Support team is seeking a Church Support Specialist. In this position, you will represent Lifeway Christian Resources to church leaders and individuals regarding ministry resources, services, events, and related information for the purpose of providing support and service for previous orders. This position helps customers by assisting in resolving order issues, processing orders, and revising customer autoships. Must be available for work 7:30am - 4:30pm CST. Why Lifeway? This role is remote in the U.S with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote Learn more about our culture at team.lifeway.com/culture-code Responsibilities: • Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work • Availability to work 7:30am - 4:30pm CST • Provides best-in-class, professional, and courteous sales service for all inbound phone orders for Lifeway’s church and individual consumers • Accurately enters orders using the appropriate systems and tools, ensuring to also follow the defined best practices for an effective sales experience to ensure customer satisfaction and retention • Generates additional revenue by promoting and cross-selling resources appropriately with church and individual customers for the purpose of enhancing their ministry and experience • Provides customers with basic frontline support for lifeway.com and other digital sales platforms, including navigation guidance and a seamless checkout experience • Consistently available for ongoing training to learn and stay current on new release resources, both in print and digital formats, current procedures, and policies • Maintains an accurate and clean record of all customer information in Salesforce, including all sales activity in real-time • Provides upstream marketing and customer feedback to the organization through the proper communication channels, ultimately informing future publishing, marketing, sales efforts • Minimal travel, occasionally overnight Qualifications: Education High School diploma or equivalent Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required • 2+ years Customer Service or a general customer service-related field • Profound heart for service • Must possess strong technical skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems as needed • Advanced ability to multi-task and utilize excellent organizational skills • Demonstrates excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills • Highly coachable, open to feedback, and highly proficient in adapting to change • Strong knowledge of Lifeway’s resources, events, and services, both backlist, new, and upcoming (training provided) • Strong awareness and expertise on which solutions to recommend by using a questions-based sales approach to learn and understand the unique makeup and demographic of each customer • arenaflex Suite, Oracle, and Salesforce experience is preferred • Must be available for work 7:30am - 4:30pm CST • Note, this position is a remote position and may require work in the Lifeway headquarters located in Brentwood, TN 3-4 times per year at a minimum for training and team events Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church Apply tot his job
