Chef de Partie for Italian restaurant

There’s nothing like the energy of a great village spot.

We are a newly opened, cozy 47-seat Italian restaurant located in the heart of Crouch End Village. Our mission is simple: to provide exceptional food and warm service to our local community and become one of the area's favorite go-to spots.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our small, professional team. While this is initially a part-time role, there is significant potential for this to evolve into a full-time position as we continue to grow.

What We Are Looking For

We believe that skills can be polished, but the right attitude is everything.

  • Experience: Previous experience in high-quality restaurants is essential. While experience in Italian cuisine is a plus, it is not a requirement—we are happy to train the right person in our specific recipes and techniques.
  • The Right Vibe: We need someone with a positive, "can-do" attitude who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility: You should be comfortable with a schedule ranging from 20 to 35 hours per week.
  • Availability: Due to the nature of our business, evening and weekend availability is essential.
  • Reliability: As we are located in Crouch End, you should be comfortable with the commute and have a reliable way to travel to and from the village.

Why Join Us?

  • Guaranteed Hours: We offer a minimum of 20 hours per week, providing you with stability.
  • Growth Potential: Be part of a new business from the ground up with the opportunity to move into a full-time role.
  • Training & Development: We provide full training on our menu and Italian culinary traditions.
  • A Great Environment: Work in a beautiful, intimate 47-seat setting where your contribution is truly valued.

How to Apply

If you have a passion for great food and want to be part of Crouch End’s newest culinary addition, we would love to hear from you.
