What You'll Do: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients. Conduct client meetings, communicate to clients regarding regional facilities performance, property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, facility audits, work order progress reports, and other related reports. Prepare for and handle response to severe weather events and natural disasters, including site closures. Available for emergency issues 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Manage the operations and maintenance of facilities within a region. Educate and collaborate with other team members to deliver expected service levels to the client. Develop and recommend strategic facility management objectives for clients. Prepare capital project budgets and operating budget reports. Prepare periodic operating budget variance reports. Responsible for facility inspections for quality assurance on a periodic basis. Ensure facility procedures align with local, state, and federal regulations. Use pc and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training. Other duties may be assigned. What You'll Need Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of six years of related multifaceted experience and/or training. Bachelor's degree is desired, with focus on business, technical or management areas. Facility Management certification preferred. Driver's license is required. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complicated business documents and respond efficiently to the most critical issues. Strong written communication for preparation of reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to empower and negotiate efficiently with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action. Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complicated figures and forecast/prepare budgets. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports. Ability to address high level problems and handle a variety of options in complicated situations. Requires high level analytical and quantitative skills with validated experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Why CBRE? The minimum salary for the Regional Facilities Manager is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Regional Facilities Manager position is $140,000 annually. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
