Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be enrolled in a university or college recognized in administration or other related field of training, and must return to school full-time after their internship

  • A copy of the transcript must be attached to the application for consideration

  • Fluency in French, both oral and written and proficient in English

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of new training courses and processes

  • Logistical and administrative support for internal courses and corporate initiatives

  • Filing, tracking, archiving and digitization of training and performance documents as well as reports - suppliers and employee files

  • Offer time off support to trainers

  • Participate in the onboarding process for new employees during the summer period

  • Participate in the development of new training materials for new employees

  • Layout and revision of training materials

  • Compilation of regular contractor training in the training management system (LMS)

Location and other important details:

  • This is a 4-month work placement starting in May 2026

  • You will work at our Montreal refinery, located at 11701 Sherbrooke Street East

  • Normal hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
