About the Role We are seeking a Business Development Representative with 1-3 years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads to drive growth and expand our user base. You will play a crucial role in our sales process by building a pipeline of qualified leads and setting the stage for successful customer acquisition. What You Will Do • Research and identify potential leads through various online and offline channels. • Engage with prospects through email, social media, and other communication platforms. • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather relevant information. • Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and detailed information. • Collaborate with the sales team members to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. • Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes. What You Need • 1+ years of experience in lead generation. • Excellent communication in English (C1+), both written and verbal. • Strong research skills and the ability to identify potential leads. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects. • Persistent and tenacious in pursuing leads. • Resilient and able to handle stress effectively. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach. • Warrior mindset, fighting until the end to achieve goals. • Ability to work 5 days a week, from 2 pm to 10 pm CET.
