Breakfast Cook

Endeavor Hotel Group, LLC is currently seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Breakfast Cook for Endeavor Little Rock located in Little Rock , Arkansas!

The Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing necessary breakfast food, assembling and disassembling breakfast buffets and ensuring the buffet remains well-stocked at all times. This position will be responsible for completing tasks necessary to close down the breakfast area after breakfast service has ended.

This position is responsible for the following functions:

  • Prepare/cook breakfast food as needed
  • Assemble the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassemble it afterwards
  • Ensure breakfast buffet remains well-stocked at all times
  • Respond quickly to resolve guest requests and complaints
  • Clear and clean tables after guests have left the breakfast area
  • Ensure all food and materials are properly stored at end of breakfast service
  • Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, floors, breakfast equipment and utensils at the end of breakfast service

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Sound knowledge of food safety guidelines
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly service-driven disposition
