Bilingual Host Recruiter for arenaflex - Job Overview We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Host Recruiter to support our growing arenaflex hospitality business. As a Host Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in identifying and recruiting top hosts for our properties, ensuring a seamless onboarding process, and driving business growth. If you're passionate about the hospitality industry, have a successful background in recruitment or partnership development, and are fluent in Spanish and English, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential hosts for our arenaflex properties, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of the platform and its functionalities. Reach out to potential hosts via email, phone, or social media, and conduct initial conversations to gauge interest and suitability. Manage ongoing communications to ensure a smooth onboarding process, coordinating with the onboarding team to facilitate training and integration. Maintain a database of potential and current co-hosts, monitoring and responding to inquiries from potential co-hosts. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies and provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress. Essential Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development, with a strong track record of success. Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken forms in both languages. In-depth knowledge of the arenaflex platform and its functionalities, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to research and identify potential co-hosts effectively, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the hospitality industry, with a deep understanding of the arenaflex ecosystem.
