Bilingual Account Consultant, Print Services - EN/FR (Remote)

About the position

The Account Consultant is charged with providing holistic Print sales service to customers. The Account Consultant will respond to referrals from multiple sales channels and respond to new business opportunities with a sense of urgency and with the goal of maximizing sales opportunities. The Account Consultant will manage a portfolio of customers that is aligned to an outside sales territory or alternate sales channel. Periodically, the Account Consultant may transition high value/high potential customers to Account Manager's or Senior Account Manager's in order to drive overall customer productivity. Likewise, the Account Consultant will help transition moderate spenders from the outside sales channel and assume day-to-day management of those accounts in order to maintain continuity for our customers. Responsibilities

  • Directly interact with customers to provide suggestions on products and services to turn the customers goals into reality.
  • Advise & promote customers (new/returning) of other offers and new lines of business & business services.
  • Partnering with variety of vendors, customers, and retail stores for updates, follow-ups, and questions regarding projects.
  • Reconnect and follow up with customers to solicit feedback on sales; promote additional products and services that create value.
  • Identify new sales opportunities with clients and work to grow share of wallet with assigned customers.
  • Partners with a Account Specialist, Account Manager, and Senior Account Manager teams (or other functional sellers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Respond to referrals within a Service Level Agreement goals to maximize sales opportunities for the business.
  • Maximize account retention by providing service support that exceed customer expectations.
  • Expand share of wallet with customers by supporting business strategies that enable print & promo sales.
  • Execute Customer Relationship Management activities in salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • Post Secondary education in related field (Sales, Marketing or Business Administration).
  • Proficiency in French language is required.
  • Inside Sales /Account Management background.
  • Financial acumen to deliver on business goals.
  • 2-5 years sales experience and extensive customer service experience required.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 + years of print sales experience preferred.
