Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Parts Counterperson to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA!

What Our Parts Counterperson Does

  • Effectively assist customers and staff in a professional, friendly manner
  • Review orders and ensures that the correct parts have been ordered
  • Maintain orderly records for repair orders and invoices
  • Communicate with managers regarding parts that are out-of-stock
  • Follow up on backordered parts
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Notify necessary service employees when parts have arrived

Your Pre-Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to walk, bend, and sit for extended periods of time
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no major violations
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Prior CDK or like software knowledge preferred, but not necessary.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Willing to learn and cross train for future growth opportunities.
