Associate Project Manager

WebMD is a leading provider of health information and services, and they are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support project execution within their Medscape division. The role involves managing project timelines, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables while maintaining organized project documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Follow Medscape processes to ensure consistent, compliant project execution
  • Manage project timelines in Workfront, updating daily and communicating progress to Account Management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on timelines, assets, and deliverables; participate in kickoff, review, and prelaunch meetings
  • Use Workfront reporting to track progress, follow up on delays, and escalate issues as needed
  • Support timeline changes, ensure clear communication of client priorities, and help deliver high-quality, error-free work
  • Maintain organized project folders and provide coverage for teammates when needed
  • Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and build strong internal relationships
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a solutions-oriented approach under pressure
  • Take ownership of work, apply feedback, and contribute positively to team culture

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of Project Management experience
  • Exposure to digital advertising, agency environments, or healthcare
  • Experience with project coordination, traffic, or project management
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project/task management tools (Workfront or similar)
