What you’ll be doing: As an Associate Implementation Consultant at CBORD, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in conducting both on-site and remote implementations. Your pivotal role includes training clients and providing best practice recommendations to guarantee their success. • Execute on-site and remote implementations of CBORD solutions • Provide comprehensive training and share best practice recommendations • Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure client satisfaction • Create detailed documentation, including agendas, status reports, and implementation plans • Offer support and review operations to align with best practices • Coordinate technical support as needed • Achieve revenue and billable utilization targets • Continuously develop and expand knowledge of CBORD systems and supporting tools Who you’ll work with: • External customers • Internal customers including Implementation, Project Managers, Database Services, FNS Integration Services, Sales, Support and Managed Services What you bring to the table: • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1 to 3 years of related experience in food production industry or food production training (kitchen and dietary experience) • Formal education in professional development, experience in adult learning and/or Registered Dietitian/DTR (FNS products), CDM experience a plus • Strong experience with relevant systems and proficiency in training and presenting • Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal, and human relations skills • Effective time management, decision-making, and organizational abilities • Customer-first mindset with a professional appearance • Intermediate proficiency with arenaflex Office suite • Ability to manage stressful situations effectively • Personal credit card with sufficient credit for ten days of travel expenses What’s good to know: • Regular business travel based on client needs, typically 50% with travel Monday-Thursday. • Home office-based when not traveling. • Valid driver’s license required.
