As a result of NHS England\'s (NHSE) integration into the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), please note that the end date for all new educator secondments/posts will be 31st October 2026. The post is 16 hours per week.</p> <p>The Associate Dental Dean (Workforce) works with the NHS England Regional Postgraduate Dean and other Associate Dental Deans to lead the delivery of a wide range of functions that deliver a dental workforce, aligned to the NHS England mandate.</p> <p>Appointed on the GP Dental Clinical Educator Pay scale; no other pay scales will be considered. First time Associate Deans will be employed at GP03.</p> <p>Accountable to the Regional Postgraduate Dean, the role focuses on delivery and improvement of learner supervision, assessment and experience, engagement of faculty, and ensuring effective educational outcomes.
