ABOUT THE ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER POSITION

Current Boutique is looking for a creative, hardworking, fashion-obsessed individual to support the Store Manager in leading our team. The key objective of this position is to help develop effective leaders, drive business growth, and create a positive impact within our community.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previous experience in clothing retail required; management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of current fashion trends
  • Hard-working, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Assistant Store Manager, you will take on both leadership and operational responsibilities to ensure smooth store performance and a top-tier customer experience, including:

  • Assisting in managing daily store operations
  • Styling customers and providing exceptional service that reflects the Current Boutique brand
  • Supporting inventory processing, product pricing, and trend-based selections
  • Leading visual merchandising efforts by updating displays and mannequins
  • Training, coaching, and mentoring team members
  • Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining stock organization
  • Communicating our consignment agreement clearly to potential consignors
  • Performing store opening and closing procedures
  • Acting as a brand ambassador and setting the tone for store culture

STORE HOURS:

  • Monday–Friday: 12 PM – 8 PM
  • Saturday: 11 AM – 8 PM
  • Sunday: 11 AM – 6 PM
