It will offer fantastic exposure and development in a FTSE10 UK and US listed environment. </STRONG></P></DIV></DIV><DIV><DIV><H3><STRONG>Job Purpose</STRONG></H3></DIV><DIV><P>To act as an integral member of the Company Secretariat, providing high quality company secretarial and governance support to the Board, senior management and key stakeholders.
