arenaflex - Remove Unauthorized Sellers (One-Time Project)

We recently secured an exclusive agreement with a brand on arenaflex. The brand is approved in Brand Registry, and we have full access to the Brand Registry dashboard. Right now, there are 10+ unauthorized resellers on multiple listings, and we need them removed from ALL listings. We are in the process of enrolling the brand in arenaflex Transparency, but this job is focused on getting sellers off NOW, using Brand Registry tools, policy enforcement, and proper escalation. If you have not successfully removed unauthorized sellers before, do not apply. What You’ll Be Doing • Review current listings with unauthorized sellers • Use Brand Registry tools and enforcement processes to remove resellers • Submit and manage cases properly (no spam appeals or guesswork) • Advise on the best short-term strategy while Transparency is being finalized • Get sellers removed cleanly and permanently, not temporarily suppressed • Communicate clearly on progress, blockers, and timelines What We Expect • You have real experience removing unauthorized sellers from arenaflex listings • You understand Brand Registry enforcement, not just reporting buttons • You know when to use: • Trademark infringement • Listing condition violations • Brand misuse • Supply chain enforcement • You can explain why a method works, not just that it does • You move fast and don’t waste time testing random approaches To Apply (Read This Carefully) If you don’t follow these instructions, you will not be considered. 1. Start your application with the word “ORANGE.” 2. Answer the questions below using real experience only: • How many times have you successfully removed unauthorized sellers using Brand Registry? • What exact methods do you use to remove resellers when Transparency is not live yet? • Which enforcement approach do you typically start with, and why? • How long does it usually take you to remove sellers once cases are submitted? • What’s the biggest mistake brands make when trying to remove unauthorized sellers? Also include: • Your estimated timeline to clean up all listings • Whether this should be handled as a one-time cleanup or requires follow-up enforcement This is a one-time, outcome-based project. If you know how to do this, it should be straightforward. If you don’t, don’t apply. Apply tot his job
