AQUATICS CENTER ATTENDANT
The purpose of this position is to provide routine clerical support to designated areas of the aquatic facility and handle tasks connected to frontline duties for daily operations of the waterpark area of the aquatic center.<br><br><ul><li>Assists callers with questions regarding general information on aquatic facility programs, services, or procedures</li><li>Greets visitors and/or customers and provides general information pertaining to the aquatic facilities</li><li>Receives pertinent forms, applications and/or fees connected to the daily programs, rentals, and events at the aquatic facilities</li><li>Files and forwards calls and/or paperwork as appropriate; issues receipts; performs data entry, which involves referring to completed documents or forms, rather than research and/or calculating information </li><li>Assists in the responsibility of the conduct and performance of the lifeguards</li><li>Handles daily transactions for daily passes, memberships, and other identified sales items at designated POS stations of the aquatic facility</li><li>Performs daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance tasks to maintain designated workstations.</li><li>Operates a personal computer to enter, retrieve, review, or modify data, utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, Internet, e-mail, or other software; and operates general office or other equipment as necessary to complete essential functions. </li><li>Communicates with County City officials, supervisor, other employees, clients, third party service contractors, laborers, the public, and other individuals as needed to coordinate work activities, review status of work, exchange information, or resolve problems.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Education And Experience<br><br></strong>Requires two (2) months of experience.
