The Role: As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis activities, supporting the overall strategic goals of the company. How You Will Make an Impact: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets • Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making processes • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide recommendations for arenaflex optimization and revenue enhancement • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations • Support the annual budgeting and long-term planning processes • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide analysis to track financial performance and operational efficiency • Collaborate with business partners to develop financial models for new initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities What You Bring to The Team: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience • 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate setting • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting • Advanced proficiency in arenaflex Excel and PowerPoint (gsheets and gslides) • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner • Experience with financial systems and tools Netsuite, Anaplan, and Tableau preferred (or other e.g., ERP, Hyperion, etc) Nice to Haves: • Knowledge of the fintech industry is a plus What We Offer: • Exceptional health, vision, and dental care • Opportunity for equity ownership • Life and AD&D, short- and long-term disability • Employee Assistance Program • Employee Resource Groups • Fun company outings and events • Unlimited PTO • 401K with company match DailyPay is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable culture of belonging, grounded in empathy and respect, which values openness to opinions, awareness of lived experiences, fair treatment and access for all.
