About the position

As an Amazon Fresh Grocery Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an extraordinary grocery shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers and engaging in friendly conversations to understand their shopping needs. You will utilize your product knowledge to offer recommendations and assist customers in making informed decisions. Operating the cash register and assisting customers in self-service checkout lanes will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will handle return processing for in-store and Amazon.com returns, prepare fresh food items such as salads, pizzas, and sandwiches, and ensure that the sales floor is clean and well-presented. Inventory management is another key aspect of your role, which involves unloading product deliveries and organizing the stockroom.
