We are a fast-growing and professional short-term rental support service dedicated to helping Airbnb hosts manage their online operations efficiently.

To support our expanding client base, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb Online Assistant to join our team and contribute to excellent guest experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to Airbnb guest messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with booking coordination, check-in/check-out scheduling, and calendar management
  • Support hosts with listing updates, pricing adjustments, and basic online operations
  • Handle daily administrative tasks related to Airbnb accounts and reservations

Pay Rates:

Monday – Friday:
$24.45 – $31.85 per hour

Saturday – Sunday:
$33.50 – $38.25 per hour


What We're Looking For:

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused
  • Good communication skills and ability to respond promptly online
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Airbnb or similar platforms is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle information confidentially
