What You’ll Do

• Oversee community licensure, certification, and compliance with regulations
• Lead health services operations with focus on quality, safety, and service excellence
• Manage department directors and support interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and regulatory partners
• Monitor budgets, analyze financial performance, and participate in collections and A/R
• Coach and develop team members to achieve operational goals
• Support admissions, occupancy development, and resident satisfaction initiatives
