Weââ(¬â"¢re looking for an Administrative Assistant (6-month contract) who expects more from their career. Itââ(¬â"¢s a chance to improve Tesco Mediaââ(¬â"¢s Sales Team. Itââ(¬â"¢s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to enable Tesco Media and its clients to grow. This role will provide administrative support to our Media Sales Team with general co-ordination and account management in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for updating our regular systems, new bookings and contracts, pipeline management of media campaigns and invoicing of campaigns. You will also support the teams in building their audiences and segmentations for their media campaigns and in providing measurement for the campaigns once they are completed.

You will support the teams in their admin, being responsible for ensuring all actions are completed on time in full.

You will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for looking for efficiencies and new processes / ways of working, both within your team and for the wider Tesco Media teams.

Throughout your work, you will interact with many different teams across the Tesco Media business, which will require a high level of organization, strong knowledge of prioritization and the ability to manage your own time, with the support of your team lead.
