Job Description

We’re looking for an Account Relationship Manager to join our team and help shape the growth of our broker and partner network. In this role, you’ll build strong external relationships, unlock new distribution opportunities, and work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver commercial value.     What you'll be doing:

    • Managing and developing a portfolio of broker and third‑party relationships to support LGMS growth objectives
    • Delivering sales and adoption targets by creating and implementing tailored account plans
    • Retaining and growing commercially viable business through strong relationship management and effective oversight of SLAs and agreements
    • Building and onboarding a self‑generated prospect pipeline, collaborating with colleagues across distribution channels for insight and support
    • Shaping proposition development by understanding partner needs and creating innovative, commercially relevant solutions
    • Supporting governance processes by contributing to internal committees and assessments in line with LGMS strategy
    • Representing LGMS at external events and promoting our products, propositions and wider market insights
    • Gathering and sharing customer feedback to identify improvements across product design, sales processes and supporting materials

     


      Qualifications

      Who we're looking for:

      • Strong customer and account management experience within a competitive environment, ideally with exposure to financial services or fintech
      • Excellent negotiation, communication and influencing skills across in‑person, virtual and written channels
      • Analytical capability with the ability to interpret MI and financial data to support commercial decisions
      • Knowledge of business strategy, customer communication and planning, including developing strategic plans
      • Working understanding of the UK mortgage lending market, with CeMAP or equivalent being advantageous
      • Ability to create and deliver compelling propositions in a B2B2C environment
      • Self‑motivation, resilience and a positive approach to managing targets and challenges
      • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, influence and deliver high‑quality outcomes
