Job Description: • Manage a portfolio of Health-focused accounts with meaningful monthly budgets. • Develop account strategies informed by performance metrics and market trends. • Create pricing plans that match the value we provide, the results we get, and what our partners want to achieve. • Maintain accurate records and pipeline in Salesforce and Asana. • Analyze performance across accounts to identify trends and opportunities to improve. • Work with teams inside and outside the company to apply data-informed campaign strategies. • Troubleshoot performance issues and coordinate with tech teams to solve them. • Document your successes and share insights across the company. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. • Present data to clients as clear, actionable suggestions and narratives. • Handle escalations and complex situations calmly and professionally. • Build relationships with stakeholders across organizational levels.
