We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator ✨🎨to join our team and help brands shine online. This position is for a Canadian company, offering the chance to work with international clients while enjoying the flexibility of a remote role.

In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to bring their brand voices to life across multiple platforms. From planning and creating engaging content to managing client relationships, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact.

✍️ What You’ll Do

  • Create, plan, and manage content calendars across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the graphic designer and provide guidance for visual assets.
  • Edit short videos and images when needed (basic cuts, text, music, effects via Canva or similar tools).
  • Ensure alignment with each client’s brand voice and tone.
  • Share content with clients, gather feedback, and make timely adjustments.
  • Manage direct communication and interactions with clients.
  • Occasionally support with light digital marketing tasks (e.g., boosting posts with small budgets).
  • Track content performance and propose creative strategies to improve results.

✨ Requirements

  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • Certifications in social media, digital marketing, or similar (a plus).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong creativity to develop engaging and fresh content ideas.
  • Hands-on experience with editing tools (Canva or similar).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to self-manage multiple tasks.
  • Availability to work full time in EST - Canada (Ontario) time zone.

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Experience running paid campaigns on Instagram/Facebook.
  • Familiarity with tools like Later, Notion, or Buffer.
  • A good eye for branding, aesthetics, and storytelling.
